about me...

I am a Swiss euphonium artist, music educator, composer, arranger and conductor. As a soloist, I have had the privilege of performing across Europe, Africa, Asia, South America, and the USA, sharing my passion for music with audiences around the world.

Throughout my career, I have collaborated with numerous symphony orchestras, wind ensembles, and brass bands, always seeking to expand the expressive possibilities of my instrument. My solo recordings—Elegie, Madrigal, and Monologue—have received international recognition, reflecting my artistic journey and musical vision.

As a member of the renowned Duo Synthesis, I perform alongside marimba virtuoso Raphael Christen, creating a unique fusion of sound that blends our instruments in an innovative and captivating way.

Music education is a vital part of my artistic life. I serve as Professor of Euphonium and Chamber Music at the Bern University of the Arts and the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, where I am committed to inspiring and guiding the next generation of musicians. In addition, I am passionate about composing and arranging, continuously searching to contribute to the evolution of the euphonium, wind, and brass band repertoire.
